By using CloudTusker services you agree to these terms. Services are provided on a subscription basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for the content hosted on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

We may suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. You may cancel at any time from the client area.

The following are prohibited: spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, crypto-mining on shared plans, and any illegal activity under Indian or international law.

Resource-intensive scripts on shared/reseller plans that degrade performance for others may be throttled. Dedicated resources are available via VPS, Cloud and Dedicated plans.

We accept major cards, UPI and net-banking, billed in INR (₹) or USD ($). Prices on longer terms (annual / 3-year) are discounted and billed upfront for the full term.

Eligible shared, cloud and email plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, dedicated servers and add-on licences are non-refundable.

We collect only the information needed to provide and bill for services. We never sell your data. Geo/IP information is used solely to display the correct currency and improve your experience.

Data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. You can request export or deletion of your data via the support portal.
