Our northern footprint sits in Noida (Delhi NCR) and serves north, west, central and east India, typically at single-digit to 35 ms. Our southern footprint in Chennai serves Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Puducherry and the islands.
Both sites run N+1 power with UPS and diesel generation, precision cooling, VESDA fire detection, biometric access control and CCTV, plus BGP-blended transit and DDoS scrubbing at the edge. Hardware is enterprise-grade: AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon platforms, ECC memory, enterprise NVMe in RAID, and out-of-band management on every machine.
You can request a specific site before setup at no extra cost. We will never claim a datacenter we do not operate from — if a city is not on this list, we serve it from Noida or Chennai, whichever is closer.
Connectivity is BGP-blended across multiple Tier-1 and regional carriers with anycast DNS and always-on DDoS scrubbing at the edge, so a volumetric attack on a neighbour never becomes your downtime. Internal fabric is redundant end to end: dual uplinks per rack, dual power feeds per chassis, and out-of-band management on every server so we can recover a box without touching your data.
Storage is enterprise NVMe in RAID with daily off-site backups and one-click restores; cloud instances sit on RAID-60 arrays with guaranteed IOPS.
